The Summer School is jointly organized by the German Federal Institute of Hydrology (BfG), the International Centre for Water Resources and Global Change (ICWRGC), the International Centre for Advanced Studies on River-Sea Systems – Research Infrastructure (DANUBIUS-RI), the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB), the UNESCO-IHP’s International Initiative on Water Quality (IIWQ), and in close cooperation with the regional UNESCO Offices in Abuja, Jakarta and Venice.
